Each session is a held space to develop at your own pace. Across the four weeks you'll explore:

Grounding and protection, so you always feel safe and supported
Reaching and deepening the trance state with confidence
Blending with spirit and learning to step gently aside
Recognising and trusting the signs, sensations and messages
Building consistency — week on week, your connection strengthens

WHY DEVELOP IN A CIRCLE**
Trance isn't something you can rush, and it isn't something you should do alone. A circle gives you the two things solo practice can't: a safe, energetically held space, and the steady feedback that turns "I think I felt something" into genuine, repeatable connection. You grow faster, you grow safer, and you grow alongside others walking the same path.

Every circle is kept small and intentionally limited, so each person gets real attention and depth. Wherever you are in your journey, you'll be met with patience and without pressure. Come exactly as you are — the rest, we'll grow together.

**FREQUENTLY ASKED**
Do I need any experience?
For the Beginner / Intermediate circle, none at all. The Intermediate / Advanced circle is best if you've already begun developing and can reach a light trance state.
What if I'm not sure which circle is right for me?
Choose the one that matches where you feel you are — and if you're unsure, start gently. You can always progress.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. Everything else is guided.
How many weeks is it?
Four consecutive Sundays. Coming to all four is where the real development happens.
